UPDATE: ROCK-A-THON 2000 was a success.  We broadcasted from 8:00 P.M. on Nov. 10 to about 5:30 Nov. 11, collecting donations and of course playing the best variety of music on the airwaves.  Pictures to come soon...

Welcome to 89.5 FM WAHS - The Station for Alteration.  We at WAHS have been proud to be one of the oldest high school radio programs in the state, broadcasting live from Avondale High School since Nov. 10, 1975.
